Travel information and bookings

Articles, images, routes and budgets are travel references. Dates, seasons, opening hours, prices, availability and safety conditions may change. Examples, researched content and atmosphere images do not prove a first-hand visit or live bookability. Verify key details with the actual provider before travelling or purchasing. A travel request or recommendation is not a confirmed reservation.

Accounts and acceptable use

Provide information you are entitled to use, protect your account and access only content you are authorised to access. Do not impersonate others, compromise systems, bypass reviews or permissions, make abusive bulk requests, distribute unlawful material or infringe others’ rights. Content or access may be restricted to protect users and the service; contact the email below if you wish to dispute a restriction.

Creation, uploads and AI

Before submitting text, images or other material, you must hold the necessary rights and permissions, including applicable privacy and likeness permissions. Keep evidence of ownership or licences and accurately disclose first-hand, invited or researched sources. Do not pass off another person’s work, watermarked images with marks removed, screenshots or AI edits as your own original work or a real visit. Giving credit alone is not permission.

You retain rights in your content. Explicitly submitting it for publication permits Kyinns to store, format, review and display it as needed to provide that publication; existing third-party licence conditions still apply. AI features are available only when connected. You must check outputs for accuracy and rights; accuracy, originality and freedom from third-party claims are not guaranteed. Unreviewed content and images without verified permission should not be displayed publicly.

Images and copyright reports

Copyright does not automatically prohibit use: an image may be owned, commercially licensed or available under an applicable open licence, provided its attribution, modification and share-alike conditions are met. Public availability, downloading, source credits or AI editing alone do not establish permission. Public images should have reviewed source and licence records; insufficient evidence calls for an original placeholder or no image.

We will review the report and restrict, remove or correct content as appropriate, and contact you if further information is needed.

Partners and sharing rewards

Partner links may earn commissions, as disclosed on the relevant pages. Actual products, orders, payments, cancellations and refunds depend on the provider and its terms. Browsing, sharing or clicking does not establish a sale. Rewards depend on an approved programme, valid attribution and official verification, and may be reversed. A ledger status of settled does not mean a bank payout; fixed earnings and automatic withdrawals are not promised.

Service changes and contact

Features and content may change or pause for maintenance, corrections, changes in rights or service adjustments. We do not guarantee continuous service or the ongoing accuracy of third-party information, and do not exclude liability that applicable law prevents us from excluding.
